COVID-19 EXCEPTIONAL CANCELLATION AND / OR MODIFICATION CONDITIONS

We only offer very flexible terms on our website.

 

For any reservation no prepayment is required , modification and free cancellation up to 8 days of your arrival.

In case of cancellation between the 7th day and the day before your arrival, the total payment will be payable and debited directly from your credit card. In case of no-show the full amount will be due and charged to your credit card.

By booking online with your credit card, you can immediately guarantee your stay. If the time between the booking date and the start date of your stay is less than 8 days, it will no longer be possible to cancel or modify your booking.

After clicking on the "BOOK" button, you will see a screen appear which summarizes the elements of the reservation. You are invited to complete a personal data page that you must validate. A screen summarizes all the specific elements appearing in the contract. By clicking on the "FINALIZE MY RESERVATION" button, YOU VALIDATE and CONFIRM your order, You declare that you have read and accepted the present booking conditions mentioned above, and are irrevocably bound. The automatic registration systems set up by the Seller are considered as proof of the conclusion of the reservation contract. You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation will outline the essential characteristics of the reservation, its price and its payment terms. The content of these booking confirmations is archived by the Seller. They are considered as proof of the customer's consent to the reservation contract and its date.

Tax to be added to the price of the room:

• Tourist tax: € 0.82 per adult per night to be paid on site in cash.

Our Standard rate includes:

• The "homemade" breakfast

• Private access to the SPA for one hour by reservation (beyond the hour is billed 20 € / additional hour)

• The parking

• Secure WIFI connection

• Linen and welcome products provided

• Hair dryer

Check-in / Check-out:

• Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

• Departures are between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. at the latest

Smokers :

• Our house is non-smoking, however you have the possibility of smoking outside ashtrays are at your disposal

Animals :

• We regret that we cannot accommodate your pets.

​

SPA:

• The SPA opening hours are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. only by reservation and subject to availability (we recommend that you reserve your time slot as soon as possible). This space is based on rest and relaxation. We ask you to respect the calm and discretion is required. Access is prohibited for children under 16, and children under 18 unaccompanied by an adult. You use it under your responsibility: in the event of damage to the equipment or use of soap in the SPA, repairs of the damage will be your responsibility. Forbidden: Cigarettes and vaporettes, chewing gum, food, drinks, radio, cell phone, cameras and other electrical equipment.
